This product provides sub-microsecond synchronization to Ethernet IP networks. Its high performance GPS receiver delivers a 15 nS accuracy and its OCXO oscillator ensures a high stability G.812 holdover. The time server delivers wide bandwidth Gigabit Ethernet NTP and PTP 1588 Grand Master outputs, but also 1PPS, 10MHz, 2.048 MHz and IRIG-B outputs. VCL-2156 embeds the latest telecoms G8276.1 and power utility IEC-61850-9-3 PTP profiles for Smart-Grid and 4G/5G telecoms networks. It is a compact 19’’ equipment with redundant power modules and cybersecurity protocols.
